Introduction: (Event/Event Selection)
Global Perspectives Blogging Series: Post #2 Reflecting on an Interview Focus/Most Interesting Event in Your Life:
Event:
Peter's most interesting event was his voyage to the Fountain of Youth also known as his trip to St.Augustine, Florida last year. During this time, he went with his close family including his dad, mom, and brother on a 2 day, 1 night trip in St.Augustine, Florida.
Event Selection:
For Peter, many interesting events occurred in his life such as the first time eating a peanut (he's allergic to peanut), hitting a walk-off hit in the LLWC, or the time he pitched a perfect game, but these are not it since this trip tops them all, as it is his first trip to the oldest continually-inhabited European-established settlement in the Continental United States: St.Augustine.
This voyage to the Fountain of Youth or St. Augustine was the first time he visited St.Augustine, the first time he stayed in a hotel in 5 years, and the first time for a significant trip and/or vacation with his family in-state in 5 years.

St.Augustine Trip Overview/Timeline: (Day 1)
Drive (5:00-700):
They drove from their home to St.Augustine, which trek was two hours.
Putt Putt Golf (7:00-9:00):
The first event during Day 1 of his trip was a quick getaway from the preconceived notion of a trip based on historical value only, but rather toward a few hours of fun playing putt putt golf, or miniature golf at Fiesta Falls Miniature Golf.
Peter found this really exciting, probably only because he shot a whopping 9-under on a 18-hole course. (For me, I found that hard to believe) Also, for those who don't have knowledge of golf terminology, that is really really good.

First Visit to a Hotel in 5 years (9:00-10:00):
For the first time in 5 years, Peter visited and slept in a Hilton hotel, as a result he tried to make it a memorable event by his reaction as he reacted exactly as the folks in the Booking.com commercial by jumping on the bed yelling "Booking.Right!" They got ready for the day ahead.

Egyptian War (10:00-10:30):
To pass some time during the event and/or vacation, Peter played the widely popular card game: Egyptian War, which objective was to make the opponent lose their hand of cards as the players slap their cards down while simultaneously smacking a pair of similar cards rapidly. The winner of the "slap down," collects the card.
Lunch on Day 1 (10:30-11:30):
After a quick round of playing cards, Peter visited a scrumptious restaurant where he ordered Salmon, which had a nice soft lemon-flavored coating.
Museum Sightseeing (11:30-2:30):
After Lunch, the historical sightseeing of St.Augustine was off and running, as they first visited the Pirate Museum and spent about 3 hours there, where he wanted to get a souvenir sword, but his mom didn't. Anyways after this, they visited another history museum based on the first inhabiters of St.Augustine.
Linner (After Lunch, Pre Dinner) (2:30-3:30):
After, their long and strenuous historical trek, they visited the market and had some linner, which included Pizza. They also visited a hot sauce store, since this region supposedly, made great hot sauce.
Day 1 Souvenirs/Shopping (3:30-5:30):
Even though Peter missed the sword, he was able to hit on a $10.00 golden ring, with the name "Jnava," inscribed on it, which signified Peter's nickname at his old school. He was able to get this nickname, since he always wore a t-shirt from the clothing brand where his father worked by the same name in Kansas previously. Sadly, the company is out of business, but his family has moved on to greater and brighter professions.
Putt Putt Golf (Round 2) (5:30-7:00):
After shopping for a period of time, Putt Putt Golf Round 2 occurred at the same place at Fiesta Falls Miniature Golf. Even though Peter did not specifically remember the score he received during round 2, but he was still able to maintain his Tiger Woods status.
Ghost Hunting (7:00-8:00):
Surprisingly, Peter visited a Ghost House at night, which further complicated the situation at hand since these events were always the scariest during the night showings. For example: In this ghost house, they were using ray-gun like weapons to locate and destroy ghosts. (Peter the Myth Buster)

Train Tour through the Cemetery (8:00-9:00):
Eerily similar to the event before, the worst time to go to these events were at night, but they were historical as they heard depressing stories about the deaths of children as a result of horrible diseases such as the Black Death.
Night at the Hotel Before Sleep (9:00-10:30):
Peter went straight to the room, skipping dinner, but could not sleep since he thought their was a ghost so he made himself go to sleep by watching some Discovery Channel.
